Order before 2 PM CET and we dispatch the same day. Orders after 2 PM ship the next business day.

Estimated delivery time depends on destination. Tracking is provided on every order.

Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Place your order before 2 PM CET and it is dispatched the same business day; orders after the cut-off ship the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation at every stage — order received, payment confirmed, and dispatch.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real time. You can also track any order via the 'Order tracking' link in the footer.
VAT, customs & duties
All prices displayed on lacarotte.net include applicable VAT. As we ship only within the EU, there are no additional customs fees or import duties on your order — the price you see is the price you pay.
Packaging & privacy
Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded and discreet packaging. Parcels are sealed, insured, and contain no external indication of their contents to protect your privacy.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and legal reasons, opened tobacco, nicotine or vapor products cannot be returned unless faulty. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Full details are available in our Return Policy.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Orders placed before 2 PM CET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping rates depend on your delivery zone. Zone 1 (Benelux) is €7.59, Zone 2 (Western Europe) is €7.59, and Zone 3 (Rest of EU) is €7.59. All zones enjoy free shipping on orders over €100.
Estimated delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your destination. Benelux orders typically arrive in 5–10 days, Western Europe in 5–10 days, and the rest of the EU in 5–10 days.
